The home is a villa/unit in Preston (south area) walking distance to Miller St shops, Preston Market and the Merri Creek. The 11 Tram stop is 2 minute walk and Bell station 10-15 minute walk
The bedroom and house are fully furnished which could suit someone after short or long term. Sorry no extra furniture or household items, unless it fits in your room. The bedroom is big enough to fit a queen bed (pictured), desk (does not come with the room), cupboard/dresser etc. Happy to help source a dresser or cupboard from marketplace if required, however there is a small wardrobe.
Rent is 1100 per month plus shared bills and bond 1000.
