I have flexibility on the start date you are needing to move sooner than the date I have advertised Awesome 2.5 bedroom home, with large sized bedrooms, and furnished lounge/ Kitchen. Lounge hallways have carpet with rugs, the style is slightly kitch and older style weatherboard home. There is an older style bathroom, with bath, and separate toilet.
I don't need any furniture for the shared spaces, kitchen applicances can be accommodated.

The available room is the larger of the two bedrooms, with plenty of space for bedroom furniture and a WFH desk if needed. The rest of the house is fully furnished, so you’ll just need to furnish your own room.

The lounge has high ceilings, and massive deep couch.Gas heater in the lounge (heats both the lounge and kitchen in winter). House has high ceillings on a very quiet street, at the Preston end of Reservoir

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, bench space and centrailised dining table, Kitchen new large fridge and coffee machine!

Outside we have garden shed, with storage for bikes, and tools, and and work bench for DIY projects, some limited room for personal storage like camping gear. 4 veggie boxes,.

Outdoor set up for entertaining includes table with bench seats, fire pit, love swing seat, and 2 sun loungers and for summer a massive BBQ, last but not least the quintessential Hills Hoist clothes line.

We are located by the 11 tram stop just off Gilbert Rd, and have an local IGA supermarket and bottle store a 2min walk away. It's 10 mins walk to Preston market and the train. Various cycle paths close by too.

Bills and expenses

Bills are split evenly we pay a flat $175 per month each when rent is due to cover Gas, Electricity, unlimited internet on NBN, Apple TV, who gives a crap loo paper subscription and water. In winter the bills are reviewed to cover electricty and gas use for extra use of heating and hot water as actuals.

Mr Ru Paw is 4 year old rescue fluff ball, He is very house trained, doesn't go in the room that would be yours, and is friendly and aloof.
