Set in friendly Mernda, this home is in a great spot for easy, laid-back living. We’re close to local shops, supermarkets, cafés, and all the essentials. There are three mini-shopping centres in the area. Multiple gyms. Buses are nearby and Mernda train station is just a 10 mins (max) drive away, making it easy to get around. There are parks and walking trails close by if you like getting outdoors or going for a casual walk. Overall, it’s a relaxed and convenient place to live with everything close at hand. The street is small and the neighbours are super friendly - but not nosey. Plenty of street parking.
