The room measures 3.0 x 3.8m and would fit a queen bed. The room is completely unfurnished but does have a large built-in wardrobe. The remainder of the house IS furnished, so you would only need to sort out your bedroom space.

Set in Brooklyn, opposite a beautiful reserve with a tennis court and dog park, this fully furnished home is in a fantastic location with everything you need within easy walking distance: a shopping centre, Coles and Aldi, a cafƩ, public transport, and a gym.
The dwelling is tucked away at the back of the secure-entry complex, meaning minimal foot traffic and a wonderfully quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Itās a warm, homely space thatās perfect if you enjoy coming home to calm and comfort. There is a moderate sized shared bathroom. Unfortunately there is no internet here so I hot spot off my phone to watch Netflix and you would need to do the same when youāre wanting to watch Netflix.
There is an enclosed and private courtyard which leads into a bigger, sun-filled, turf courtyard which is great for relaxing and reading a book in
A love of dogs is essential, as youāll be entering the kingdom of a very cute and small, ball-obsessed Maltese. The home is tidy, well cared for, and best suited to someone who appreciates a relaxed, respectful living environment.

Iām Sarah šš¼ originally from Country VIC and grew up on a farm with sheep and spent my childhood playing in silos and sheep shearing sheds, but donāt worry, no country vibes in this house.
I am a friendly, open-minded, non-judgemental and kind animal lover. I am a full-time IVF nurse and in my spare time I am either catching up on Netflix shows, baking sweet treats, out on adventures with my dog, seeing friends or at the gym. Iāve been living independently and in sharehouses since 2015, so I know how to take care of myself and shared living spaces. I am comfortable in my own company, but equally ok with sharing a space with someone and catching up over a glass of wine on the couch! I value a calm living environment (sorry, this is not a party house)
I'm looking for someone in their late 20s to late 30s, mature, respectful, reasonably tidy and able to pay rent on time. Youāre comfortable and confident around dogs and youāll treat mine with kindness and compassion even when Iām not around (this is hugely important because he was abused by his previous owner before me š). You're willing to apply through the real estate agency and be listed as an occupant. Youāre a non-smoker. No pets or couples, sorry!
6 year-old Maltese who is a part-time napper, part-time zoomies facilitator. He is ball-obsessed and he will love it if you throw it for him, but heāll never bring it back to you.
He has a doggy door that he uses to come and go as he pleases but he is mostly indoors and following me around. He goes to day care once a week and I walk him daily and take him everywhere possible.
Panda was a rescue dog that I fostered and adopted. Before me, he came from a home of suspected abuse and heās still learning that not everyone is going to hurt him š
He can be fearful meeting new people, but once he knows youāre a safe space, youāll have a friend for life.
ā¼ļøPanda is Epileptic and sensitive to certain toxins, so I donāt light scented candles if he is around, spray anything heavily scented or have any indoor houseplants, just to try and prevent seizures as best possibleā¼ļø
