Entire Home for Rent / or individual rooms for 12 months

I’m renting out my much-loved home and considering two options:
A. Entire house for $650/week– my preferred option, so will prioritise inquiries for the whole house.
B. Renting out two individual bedrooms:
• 1-Master bedroom with ensuite
• 2-Bedroom with private bathroom + office room
The House:
This is a spacious, two-storey home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus toilet. One of the bedrooms is set up as a home office.
There’s a large living room with a TV, a separate dining area, and a decent-sized backyard. Street parking is easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and green.
Central cooling ❄️ and ducted heating 🔥 in all rooms
Location:
Just a 5-minute walk to the tram and Highpoint Shopping Centre. The house is surrounded by parks and beautiful riverside trails.
