The second room features a private balcony and comes furnished with a Double bed, Desk and Couch, set of drawers and a Wardrobe. It’s $365pw plus $35pw for bills. So $400pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. Its avail now.

The third room features a private balcony and comes furnished with a Queen bed, Desk and Large open Wardrobe. It’s $365pw plus $35pw for bills. So $400pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. It’s avail now.

The rest of the house features 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large lounge room, outdoor area, free washing machine and dryer and super fast wifi. The house is also very close to Prince Alfred Park which features a swimming pool, tennis courts and free basketball courts.
