I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share this beautiful, quiet, and light-filled two-bedroom apartment in Randwick. My current flatmate is moving out, so you’ll be joining me in this inviting, top-floor home.
About the apartment
The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well looked after — it truly feels like home. There’s a lovely little balcony off the living room with ocean views, and large new windows that bring in plenty of natural light and fresh air.

Fully furnished living and dining area.
I’d love the apartment to feel like home for you as well, and you’re welcome to bring a few personal items into the common areas to help it feel that way.
Bathroom
A roomy shower with great water pressure and quick hot water, plus plenty of storage. With a few candles, it can feel like your own little spa.
Kitchen
Plenty of storage, quick-heating oven, dishwasher, and all the usual appliances.
There’s also an internal laundry with a great front-loading washing machine.

Green space downstairs with washing lines, where neighbours sometimes relax or exercise.

I’m 44 and work full-time between two Physio and Pilates clinics in the Eastern Suburbs, where I teach Pilates and also coordinate the admin side of things.
On weekends, I enjoy dancing, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family. At home, I like to unwind with a good podcast, movie, or book. Recently, I’ve been enjoying movement meditation and spontaneous dance.
I’m friendly, considerate, and respectful of others’ privacy. I enjoy a balance of time to myself as well as being social, and I value a relaxed, calm home environment where people feel comfortable being themselves.
