Lovely room, brightest in the house set back from main road so nice and quiet. Carpeted, high ceilings, shuttered windows + black out blinds and excellent storage. The queen bed and super comfy mattress is available with the room as are two bedside lockers and optional shelves and rug.

Beautiful large home, very bright and split over 2 levels plus double garage under raised terrace. Open plan living room with dining section and kitchen + bar area making for a lovely social flow.

Three large rooms (one en-suite) on the same level - set back from communal area + one shared bathroom.

Downstairs, we have large bathroom with bath, shower (incredible water pressure) and laundry facilities.

Massive open space we’ve converted into a co-working space with three desks and office chairs. 2x housemates go into office daily and 1 other is hybrid so usually quiet space to work from, nicely split away from social communal area which has been a dream.

The office space leads onto a huge terrace with BBQ, large al-fresco dining area and sofa suite which we hang out in together a lot plus a new ice bath.

The garage below has space for two cars but we have a boxing bag in there and may add more to make it a games room/gym.

Shaw street is a quiet tree lined area and behind is Old South Head road with bus stop up to junction less than a minute away.
