About occupants
I’m a full-time professional who typically gets home around 4.30ish. I work at the office 3 days a week, WFH the other 2. I'm currently teaching myself guitar, so I usually muck around on that for a bit and then cook dinner. I enjoy unwinding with some TV or reading a book before heading to bed. My weekends are usually filled with outdoor activities like surfing and hiking, visiting friends. I prioritize staying active and fit. As an extrovert, I’m usually up for a chat but also respect others' need for space. While I tend to have my own food preferences, I'm always open to sharing a communal meal. I value cleanliness and organization, so I’m looking for housemates who shares a sense of responsibility in maintaining a tidy home.
Compatible people
I'm looking for housemates who bring more than just rent to the table - someone who is easy to get on with, laidback and you can share a laugh and good banter with. The ideal housemate is fundamentally clean and tidy and understands shared household responsibilities. Being respectful of personal space and considerate of others' needs is important with the goal to creating a positive, happy vibe in the house.
Description of pets
I have an 13 year old staffie called Ruby. She has the sweetest nature and is most happy sleeping and getting her belly rubbed. She is house trained and spends time inside and outside of the house. She is a well-disciplined and trained dog and stays on her mat when inside. She rarely barks and is the easiest dog to get on with.
