Hi there! I'm Sabine, and I am looking for a flatmate to share my homely, bright and tidy 2-bedroom apartment with in Dulwich Hill, ideally for a longer term. The apartment is on a quiet street with large trees and right near the Cooks River parklands, but only minutes away from public transport and shops.

The room is bright and with a nice outlook to a garden, and it's well designed with all great matching IKEA furniture and a very comfortable single bed.

I am a busy professional working full-time in the education sector. So, I love being at home, which is my sanctuary, and appreciate its peace. In my free time I enjoy cooking or just chilling. I also love the outdoors, exercising, catching up with friends or gardening on the balcony.

My priorities are cleanliness, clear communication and mutual respect and consideration. I would love a flatmate with same values and who is tidy, mature and responsible, and who leaves a space the way they found it. Someone who likes a chat over a cup of tea or share a meal now and then, but also appreciates down-time, privacy and a quiet environment. Neurodivergent people are more than welcome.
