Lovely, modern 3.5 stories (so lots of stairs to keep fit)
My two daughters (16 and 13 yrs) and I live in the home. Our dog (staffy X Lab) and my daughters live with their Dad 50%.
Their friends like to pop by sometimes and so the tenant would be ok with kids and dogs.
** Tenant would be the only person to enter / exit the property at anytime as there are kids living here and their safety is paramount.
Multiple living areas to take in the lovely relaxing water views. Nice neighbours and quiet street.
I am self employed, study part time, meditation, reading, own and ride horses on the central coast, most days I do gymnastics at my beloved gym.
