Hi guys!! This is a great place with huge bedrooms (smallest is 3x3) located on a quiet street in Chatswood. It’s a 4 min walk to express city busses or busses into Chatswood which take 5 minutes. There’s plenty of street parking as well. It’s also 300m from the Woolworths/Bunnings up the road. The place has lots of charm and has a huge backyard! You’ll love living here :))

My name is Seb, I’m 23 and have been living at this house for 2 years. I’m finishing off my degree in mid-2026 and will be working a lot from this point on. I want to have a house that’s full of life, with people who are happy socialising but also respect each others privacy (as I do to others). My close friends and my girlfriend come over regularly, which is a must to be okay - you can have anyone over when you’d like as well.

I love having a clean and tidy space, and really try not to leave any mess (especially when cooking after work late at night). Overall, I feel like I’m a good housemate to live with who is always happy and welcoming to whoever is in the house!!
