About occupants
Hi my name is Andres and looking for a housemate to share the flat, open to having couples, for me it is important that we get along in the space and that we all are comfortable enough to communicate, as we are all living together. My lifestyle looks like going to the gym or a swim during the week, I do 9-5 pm Mon-Fri (Thur-Fri from home) and then I vary with hobbies (Surf, Latin dance, and music events or just crash & chill). On Sundays, I prepare myself for the week but out during summer. I also DJ in festivals and a few events in Freo, I'm pretty much sober but can have a drink every now and then.
Compatible people
Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle and interests who would it feel living like a friend rather than a stranger.
Outdoor person with the ability to clean themselves and do their chores to keep the space with a good smell (If you know what I mean). No OCD though.
A good flatmate would be someone with manners who can keep a good vibe and communicate effectively.
Respect is important but also being relaxed and understanding that we are all different.
