My name is Harris and i work for auspost. My wife and I don't live on the property. Currently there's a female tenant in the smaller bedroom and been renting since 06/24.
So there will be 3 tenants living in the house at all times. Bathroom and toilet is shared. The property is new with a modern kitchen, open space tv (Netflix incl.) and dining area and a reasonable spacious backyard.
The available bedroom consists of a queen bed, office chair and desk, bedside table, shelf furniture, wardrobe and key lockable door.

One car spot available in the roller door closed garage and comes with a remote.
