The house is located along South Street. The bus stop is just Infront of the house and only 5 minutes bus ride to Murdoch train station and 15 minutes to Curtin University and 20 minutes train ride to CBD. Bull Creek Stockland or Willeton Southland Shopping mall is just couple of minutes rides away.

The room is fully furnished with a large Queen bed with built-in wardrobe and attached bathroom and toilet. The other double bedroom is now occupied by a working holiday couple from UK age 26 & 25 and the other 2 single room by 2 guys. One from New Zealand age 50+.and the otheri working guy age 28 from Kenya.

The kitchen is well equiped and furnished with a decent dining and a living area. The patio is spacious and has a separate entry to the back yard Garden.

The location is along South Street and bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the house and 5 minutes ride to Murdoch train station and the train ride is 18 minutes to CBD.

All the flatmates are friendly, clean,tidy, helpful and respectful. Thay all love and welcome to see flatmates with same mind set.

Hi my name is Simon and I am the Landlord/agent of the House and I am not staying in the house. Currently I have a furnished masteroom with a Queen bed and attached ensuite available on 01/04.. The double room is now occupied by a working holiday M&F couple from UK age 26 & 25. The other single room is occuppied by a NZ working guy age 50+ and the other room is occupied by a guy taking a Master degree in teaching at UWA.. They are clean, tidy, friendly, helpful and socialable. They love a peaceful and harmonious environment and value privacy and respectful of common space. They are non smoker and prefer cooking their own meal .They are happy to welcome anyone with good vibe and similar mindset.
