Description of the home

I have 2 options available:

1 - Rent a room min 2 months + option to stay longer (Good for a singular person)
2 - Rent the whole house to yourself while I'm away for two months. Feb 11th - 1st April (good for a couple or friends)

Option 1
I’m heading away for around 2 months and am looking for someone to stay in my furnished 3×1 house in Bedford while I’m away.

Entire House and bathroom while I'm away - Good for a couple - Rent the whole furnished house
$700 per week

You’ll have the place to yourselves

Room and shared bathroom - Good for a single
$500 per week

Choice of:
- Master bedroom, or
- Bedroom + office/closet combo (two rooms used together)

Shared use of the home if renting as a single

Location:
- Walking distance to Galleria Shopping Centre, Officeworks, Varsity and other local amenities
- Short car/bus trip to the city
- Close to Inglewood, Maylands and Mt Lawley for restaurants and coffee

This is my home; when I’m away you’ll have full use of the space

If we get along, there may be flexibility to stay either side of my travel dates

Looking for someone clean, respectable and easy-going. Not a party house.
