I’m moving out of my two bedroom apartment in South Yarra after three years.
Apartment is very close to Chapel Street, Hawksburn and South Yarra Staion and the numbers 78, 72 and 58 tram.
My current housemate is a 30-something professional male, who also studies. He is friendly, clean, easy going and often out, and I’ve had no issues with him.
The apartment has a lot of light in every room, a great balcony that over looks the street, an have a great view of the city skyline.
One bathroom, with shower over bath and toilet.
Kitchen is small but has ample cupboard space.
Lounge is spacious and filled with sunshine.

Bills and expenses
We share internet, gas, electricity and water bills. Internet is $30 a month. Other bills are quarterly and roughly $30-$45 each.
Occupants Description
Works and studies, and so isn’t often home.
Very clean, friendly, and easy going.
We don’t have a party house, and socialize mainly outside the apartment.
