Hi girlies!💕 Looking for another girl to take my room and hop on the lease as I will be moving out of the country and flying back home. The tenant is looking for someone long term (6m-1 year?). Looking for a clean girl who likes to be social, but also respects personal downtime.

Move in date: March 11th (maybe sooner)
Rent: 1280pm
Bond: $1000
Transfer lease: $250 (we can split the cost)
Bills: Are split between 3. Water and electricity are paid quartley. There’s also WiFi. (Roughly $50-60 monthly depending on usage).

Living with: Two of the sweetest girls, super lucky to have roomed with them 🥰 they are both pretty new to Melbourne! We are usually busy, but love to have a movie night when we are all home. 😊

Sophia (24) from New Zeleand works in marketing. Loves going to the gym and going out with friends.

Jessie (30) from Australia/America. She’s a med student and also loves the gym and has her own non profit organization.

The room:
All furnished, includes a queen size bed, a really big closet for storage space and includes a cabinet. The room has a big window which lets a lot of light in.
