You will have the use of 2 bedrooms both fit QS beds and both have WIR’s plus a separate office that I rarely use it includes iMac computer plus printer. The bathroom is large with bath and separate shower it will be solely yours to use. You will have full use of huge lounge which is fully furnished it also includes a wall mounted large smart TV. The entire house is tastefully furnished and decorated. I would prefer to only have one tenant.

Sole use of massive lounge which is fully furnished with a wall mounted large screened smart TV. Sole use of 2 bedrooms both with walk in robes and both fit a QS bed. I mainly use my room so rarely use the lounge. I tend to keep to myself but will be up for a chat and a good laugh.

Bills and expenses

Ideally I would appreciate sharing the bills 50/50. I don’t use the ducted gas heating as it’s simply too expensive so I use electric heaters. I’m happy to pay for the electricity.
