The House is furnished but with the option for you to add to the space.
The room will be empty.
You'll have your own bathroom and shared use of an internal office space.
Less than a 10 minute walk to Footscray Station, 30mins to CBD by train. ~15mins drive.
Balcony with an amazing view of the city, with a riverside walk right in front of the building.
Apartment amenities include a gym, (small) pool and sauna. Includes a parking space with the option for a second one.
Sublet or lease transfer options available.
Must be ok with a dog, no new pets sorry.

I am a calm, clean housemate who generally keeps to myself but am open to collaborative dinners and a chat too.
Confidence & experience around dogs is a must. Enthusiasm for boardgames would be advantageous ;-)
She is well trained, I've put a lot of effort into making sure she's not a yappy pup. I will make sure she gets all the help she needs when getting used to new people in the space. I would only ask that you are patient with the process.
