Please note we are looking for women only!
Communal living space and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath 1 with shower) and a separate toilet room, a front yard where we grow fruit/veggies and a backyard. Bus right outside house is hourly and gets to Westfield in 5 minutes or The Pines shopping centre. A 10 minute walk to the main road also takes you to buses that go to Westfield/City (city takes 50 mins approx including walking time) and Chelsea/Mitcham in the other direction. The nearest train station is Box Hill which is about a half hour journey using the bus. We have a parking space that none of us use so if you have a car will be completely yours!
There's a few nearby thrift stores we go to sometimes, and plenty of pubs to choose from (if that's your thing we sometimes go there for quiz night). Quiet local residents, all friendly (most of them are friendly and old. There's a few local parks you can walk to in all directions both up and down the street, aswell as a bike track. The area is about as safe as it gets, with none of us ever experiencing any issues around our house.
As goes for the house itself - The house is old, but we show it as much love as we can. Benji has done his best to do the house up so it looks as modernised as possible.

Me! Ellie (29). British on a working holiday visa, I've been at the house for 2 years. I'm a filmmaker (art department) in my free time and a huge fan of TV (Doctor Who, Interview with the Vampire, and Friends are my faves!) I also play some video games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Genshin. I'm a darkwave/industrial music fan and I often go out to alt events. I enjoy going out most days but also enjoy time at home both with the others and by myself.
Charlotte (29). British/Kiwi and online digital artist who is talkative and loves exploring new locations. She doesn't drink, but that's ok because she's got enough energy to outdo all of us. If you're into retro games from the Playstation 2 era, or love talking about history, prepare to find a great conversation. She moved to Australia to be closer to Benji and they've been together for about 9 years.
Benji (37). Polynesian/Aussie. He's basically an encyclopaedia of movies who loves telling good but sometimes crazy stories from the past. He does all the gardening himself including growing veggies, both front and backyard, however recently during the time he was working at a paint factory, he experienced a dangerous back injury and have since been diagnosed with FND which has taken him out of work for the foreseeable future and minimised his ability to function, however he is on the mend.
IMPORTANT
Charlotte and Benji are night people (Charlotte works all hours on her art commissions and communicates on Discord) and practically no sleep schedule, however, they try their best to be polite with the noise levels if I ask them to keep the noise down at night since my own schedule is more regulated. Charlotte tends to sleep in the living room during the day but is a very heavy sleeper
Gaybeef is super friendly and playful, she is always up to play and also loves parkouring off anything she can, which can be loud at night so keep that in mind if that matters!
Mama is very shy and will take a while to warm up to you but when she does she's the sweetest! She and GB tend to get along and play together but also enjoy their own space and will sometimes spend a lot of time away from each other.
