Looking for 1 female housemate to share this beautiful townhouse with in Cranbourne South.
The house:
Two story townhouse with 3 bedrooms. Your room will be the main bedroom with a private ensuite.
Will only be yourself and me in the house - I have currently been here for over a year but my housemate is moving for work (she is the owner of the house and the rental agreement will be with her).
$287.50 a week / $575 a fortnight, not including bills, bills will be halved.
Can move in at the earliest February 8th.
