Hi there,

I have a room for rent in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and 2 living rooms home. I live by myself and am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful.

You will have your own private area access to :
• Your bedroom
• Your own bathroom, toilet &shower
• Your own laundry access
• A small private living room next to your bedroom

I have my own separate bathroom and living room, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and your own space. We only share the kitchen, my access to my livingroom and my room is on the left side of the house and your access to your room and bathroom and toilet and shower and livingroom on the right side of the house.

As shown in the kitchen photo, the door on the right leads to your private area — I do not use this door at all, so it’s completely your separated space.

This setup is perfect if you want privacy and your own area while still living in a shared home.

I work full-time in pathology and I’m very easy-going with no time for drama. My days usually go: work, a short nap at home, gym, then relaxing watching a movie in my livingroom.

💲 Rent: $275 per week (bills included)
💲 Bond: $250 (refunded upon exit)

Looking for someone easy-going who will treat the place with respect and keep it clean.
