Description of the home

This is a big, light-filled apartment in the heart of Carlton, with gorgeous east-facing views. The kitchen is actually decent (you can really cook in it), there are 2.5 bathrooms (you never have to wait for anyone - even guests!), and we've taken a lot of pride in making the whole place a calm, comfortable home. Very close to Lygon Street, or you can stroll down to Brunswick St Fitzroy. 3 tram routes are under a ten minute walk away, and you're super close to great wine bars, a fab Mexican restaurant, Woolworths, and the Motley Bauhaus. Oh and you’ll have a bath!

You’d be sharing with a friendly, busy, mid-(cough)-thirties woman who loves the apartment and is hoping to find someone who’ll treat it as a home too - not just a crash pad.

I’m looking for someone:

- a single person (sorry no couples!), ideally between 30 - 40, who has an established stable routine.
- independent, but friendly and easy to live with and wouldn't mind sharing a wine
- respectful of shared space, but understanding that we're busy
- up for a chat in the kitchen, but also totally fine doing your own thing
