I’m Dion, nearly 42, a creative professional and I work from home. I’m into music, film and football (AFL + Premier League), and I’m big on the gym and staying healthy. Friendly and respectful, but I’m house-proud and like a clean, peaceful place. I also have a kitten, so you’ll need to be okay with cats.

I’m looking for a housemate around 35–45, professional, ideally a creative, who values a calm home and keeps shared spaces very tidy. Not into partying or constant guests.
