Large bright and airy room available in a spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom house with garden, in a perfect location in Beaumaris. Can walk to the beach, library, and local shops. Short drive or bus to both Mentone and Sandringham train station.
Built in robe and private bathroom included, along with internet and Netflix. Sharing just with myself and my two fur babies, a groodle and Spoodle who I have on a part-time basis.
