It's a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with a European laundry and one car park. Ducted aircon, renovated 3 years ago, everything is quite new still. Bosch Appliances. Top floor, well lit apartment. The whole apartment is furnished.

Queen size bed with laptop desk and folding cushioned chair. Bedroom currently has grey curtains installed and sheer curtains in the living room. All you need is cushions, linen and towels and your own bath mat. You're welcomes to use my appliances, kettle, toaster, dyson, blender etc. I have everything you need in the kitchen.

- Tram 6 and tram 5 routes within walking distance
- Walking distance to Lune Croissant
- Great classes available within the area on Class Pass

- Minimum 3 month stay, ideally looking for something that would like to stay for 6 months or longer.
