Home is opposite a walk bushy walking track. Play Park up the road. Bus is at end of the street . (Maybe 700m). Shopping center is 2 mins drive. Uni is about 8 min drive.
Air con in the lounge. Shared bathroom (currently). Solar on roof (keeps bills down). Am working on growing some vegetables

Shared bills. Whatever is fair/ reasonable. I'm quite mindfull of what I spend using solar wisely etc. I'm not going to split hairs, but most people want it to 'feel' fair.
I've never put the internet on, as I have loads on my phone.
