Description of the home

The room is available in a single-storey unit in a quiet pocket of Mermaid Waters. It has a ceiling fan and stays cool in the mornings (no AC in the bedroom, but the living room is air-conditioned). The bathroom has been recently renovated, and the unit has some other upgrades, so it feels fresh.

The house has a washing machine and dryer (I usually use the clothesline), a courtyard, a small garden, Wi-Fi, and streaming on the TV. Rent includes all bills - electricity, water, gas, and internet. Parking: a couple of visitor spaces are sometimes available, otherwise there’s unlimited street parking.

Looking for someone happy to trial a six-week stay initially, with the option to extend. Ideally, you’d be out during business hours, tidy, and considerate.
