We are looking for a working, awesome, active professional who is clean and respectful. We have two rooms available for this person - one is a decent sized bedroom which you can put a King Bed and built in robe and the room next to it is also a decent smaller room which you could fit a double bed in or make into an awesome office - which is what we have now. Or - use the room to store all of your DVD's from the 90's. It's up to you.

Amazingly located large house with a huge backyard and swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Pines Shopping Centre, two minutes walk to the lake and a short drive to Palm Beach, Burleigh or Currumbin Alley. The house has two bathrooms (an ensuite to a huge bedroom) and a seperate large bathroom with bath. It has two seperate living areas, three dining table areas - including the outside patio area and is extremely peaceful. It also has a large kitchen which opens up to the outside patio area.
