AVAILABLE NOW!! - CAN NOT ACCEPT PETS. We have a lovely Queen room available for one professional, employed person in a fully furnished share house. Rent is $340 per week including all bills. The room comes furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed, side tables, a fitted/mirrored wardrobe, and air conditioning, along with a window overlooking a private area of the garden.
For added convenience, there may be an option for a locked garage to keep your car secure, with some limited storage (depending on size of vehicle). The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk to a park, a bus stop (5 minutes away), and only a 10-minute drive to Cairns CBD or a 7-minute drive to Earlville shopping centre.
Also Included in the rent is the cleaning of shared areas.Tenants are only responsible for cleaning their own room, bathroom & toilet. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in the kitchen, including wiping surfaces after use, to keep shared spaces clean and pleasant.
Our spacious home features multiple areas to relax, including a resort-style pool and beautiful garden. The property is equipped with security screens and cameras for your peace of mind. Gas top oven (great for when power goes out in a storm!). You’ll be sharing the home with two other female housemates, both of us working full time.
It’s important that you love animals, as there are two indoor cats (with kitty litter) that also share the house, hence why we can not accept any more pets. You will share the bathroom with one other housemate, but there is a separate toilet available.
!! Strictly no smokers or housemates with drug or alcohol issues. Includes cannabis smokers or vapes!
