We have a lovely private courtyard and outdoor bbq, bath and shower. Close to beach, supermarket, walking distance to local cocktail bar, pizza and Thai restaurants, Beach only 2 blocks away, a 10minute walk. Great bike paths going to nearby beaches. Complex has a large swimming pool, security gates and off street parking. A quiet street with plenty of parking.

Available to move in right away. Looking for short term 1 to 3mth tenant.
