Rooms for available are the master bedroom which has its own ensuite and one of the spare bedrooms which would have a shared bathroom.
Spacious living room and kitchen with plenty of storage space.
Fenced backyard and the house is pet friendly!
Lease ends in May with the option to renew (I am hoping to renew this with my new housemate)
I’m in one of the bedrooms now and use the main bathroom as my brother occupied the master bedroom.
Looking for someone to move into the main bedroom with the ensuite, and potentially get another housemate into one of the spare bedrooms.
House is fully furnished, so you will just need to furnish your bedroom :)

I’m really into my fitness atm as I’m doing a body building competition, so definitely isn’t a party house. If I’m not at work, I’m either at the gym or beach.
I currently work Monday-Friday, so Im mainly home at night.
