There are 3 rooms. Two very large which can fit a queen size bed, plus table and chairs if needed. The third room is smaller, although it has built ins, it can only fit a single bed.
We are thinking to only have 2 rooms occupied.
A couple would be ideal or 2 single flat mates. We are open to renting out the entire place to someone if interested.
The kitchen is new, only installed recently. The home will be available from c 15 Feb 2026, date is somewhat flexible.

Newly renovated home in Sandgate with 3 bedrooms. Walkable to the water, nature reserve or shops. If you are feeling lazy, there are also scooters and plenty of parking near the station. Sandgate has a village with shops and is only 15min to the airport. Cross the bridge to Redcliff and you have accessible beaches just 15min away.
This is a self-contained home on a sloping block. There is a self contained area upstairs where a couple reside. Ideally, there will be two people sharing the self-contained space downstairs. Yes, there is sound proofing.
