Sandgate has a village with shops and is only 15min to the airport. Cross the bridge to Redcliff and you have accessible beaches just 15min away.
This is a self-contained home on a sloping block. There is a self contained area upstairs where a couple reside. Ideally, there will be two people sharing the self-contained space downstairs. Yes, there is sound proofing.
