This is a 3 bedroom house, set in a quiet neighbourhood. It comes with a shared bath and shower, with toilet separate. Fully Furnished, all you need to do is bring yourself! Of course personal items are always welcome. There is an extra room in the house which is for Entertainment purposes such as Board Games, TV & Game Consoles but is also a Study.

You will be sharing the house with myself and a dog, so you must be dog friendly, and are ok with having the dog inside the house. The house is located directly opposite the Bus Stop and the street is located on a frequent bus service that will get you into the Brisbane CBD, especially during peak hours.

There is a Covered Patio in the backyard to sit with your nice, hot cup of coffee and sit in the peace and quiet, or a quiet drink or two. Undercover Parking is available, and rarely will you need to park in the street.
