Hey everyone! I am on the lookout for a laid-back, easy-going house mate to share my current rental in beautiful Peak Crossing.
The house is a total gem:
1 acre of space
Pool for summer swims
Large shed
5 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
2 living areas
Big carport with plenty of space
Quiet area with paddocks and cows as neighbours out the back
Peaceful, private and ideal for someone who enjoys country living
Rent is currently $650/week total, split equally between us. (Note: The real estate may adjust the rent when the new lease is signed in 2026)
Lease requirements:
You must fill in an application with the real estate and pass all checks to be successful to be put on the lease agreement for 2026
