Fully self contained 3 bed house with office/small bedroom. We have friends residing downstairs in their self contained 1 bed apartment, they have a small old staffy dog who is quiet and reserved. There is shared access to the garden. Happy to leave pir bbq if you wish, spacious private balcony to enjoy. Ducted aircon throughout the home. Built in wardrobes in master bedroom which can host a kind sized bed. Bathroom with seperate toilet area. Price is inclusive of water, electricity & internet. Ample street parking available, use of driveway is also available with a shed in the garden if required.

Great transport links - 10 mins walk to Northgate train station with easy access to CBD and lots of express trains. 10 min drive to Brisbane Airport.

We ask for you to be respectful of our home and our friends living downstairs.

No pets.
Children considered however please be mindful of our friends living downstairs who have a dog.

1 month bond & 2 weeks rent to be paid upfront.
