BEDROOM is for ONE PERSON in a quiet Forest Lake home. You have exclusive use of the Bathroom (with Bath) and exclusive use of the main Toilet - I have my ensuite so there's no sharing. The bedroom has Air Conditioning with cooling and heating, is furnished (can be unfurnished) with a queen sized bed, dresser, a side table, 2 lamps, carpets, Ceiling Fan, Double Door Robe and Security Screens. If you take the room furnished I do have a 2nd private unfurnished room available for an extra $100 week. Included is sole use of a 140 litre fridge, freezer, kitchen and linen shelving space.

This large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is Fully Security Screened and has Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans throughout and is very comfortable for 2 people. In the Lounge Room there's Air Conditioning, A Ceiling Fan, A Large 65" TV, Unlimited Internet, Netflix and a 3 Seater Recliner Lounge. The kitchen is large and has plenty of bench space, complete with a Dishwasher, an Oven, Microwave, Slow cooker, Electric Frypan and Air Fryer. The back yard is fully fenced (high) and has a covered pergola with a small electric bbq with table and chairs.

RENT is $300 a week to Pay 2 weeks in advance.
