The townhouse is 3 bedroom and a shared bathroom upstairs, with kitchen and living downstairs.
There is a great little outdoor area out the back and ethanol firepit & bbq for you to use.
I have 1 room to rent that would comfortably fit a queen bed and side tables. 1 roller mirror door into a clothes cupboard. It is small but enough.
The bathroom is shared for when my son is in the home. I have my own bathroom
