• Furnished with a King Single (or can fit a double size if you have one)
• Built in cupboard.

Bathroom:
• Your own bathroom (main bathroom)
• My son and i share end ensuite and don’t use the main bathroom
(i do have family and friends over from time to time though)

Pets
• We do have 2 medium/large dogs (Ridgeback/Grey Hound mix Breed and Staffordshire/bull terrier).
• You must be comfortable with dogs and cat
• No additional pets, sorry

Cars
• I park my car in the driveway
• More than welcome to park your car the bottom of the driveway.

Description of pets
Our cat - Batman, has just turned 6. He loves everyone who he thinks will feed him. He has the best nature about him.
Our doggies - Rose, is almost 2. She is a ridgeback, greyhound mix breed. She has the most beautiful sole. She gets timid at first but will love you once she gets to know you.
- Baker, is almost 1. He is a full on Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He loves everyone who comes along.

There is no personal space when it comes to my dogs. If you sit and relax on the lounge they will to sit and relax right next to you. Very loyal happy and loving animals..
