Hi, my name is Kendall. I’m a 45-year-old Australian male living in a cosy, well-kept unit in Coorparoo. I’m easygoing, respectful, and easy to live with. I work long hours, so I’m usually only home for a few hours each day before going to sleep. Because of this, the home is generally quiet and relaxed.

The unit is fully set up with everyday conveniences, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the main room and lounge, heaters, air fryer, microwave, a double-door fridge with filtered cold water and an automatic ice maker, and unlimited internet.

The house is clean and bug-free, with cleanliness being a shared responsibility. Regular weekly cleaning helps maintain a comfortable living environment.
I’m looking for a clean, reliable, and considerate housemate who is comfortable in a shared living environment. I’ve lived in many share houses in the past, and someone with a similar routine—respectful and tidy—would be ideal, as it fits well with my working hours. Paying rent on time is important to me, and I’m looking for someone who is reliable with payments.

Electricity bills are covered unless there is excessive usage, in which case costs may be shared.
I do drink alcohol occasionally and smoke, but smoking is strictly outdoors only and there is no smell inside the house.

The unit is located in a safe suburb, close to the city and well connected by public transport.
Notice: The real estate may increase the rent sometime in April. While the exact amount has not been confirmed yet, it is expected to remain below $300 per week.

Location highlights:
Approximately a 7-minute walk to KFC, Taco Bell, 24-hour McDonald’s, Aldi, Woolworths, and Coles. Close to the CBD and Kangaroo Point.

About occupants
As a 2 bedroom unit you will only have myself as a flatmate. You need a job to be considered.
Compatible people
As an easy going guy I'm easy to live with. I do prefer interaction with people I live with but also like some privacy at times.
I'm looking for someone that realises its a quiet place to base yourself and your social life lives elsewhere. I dont mind the occasional visitor but mostly home is where the peace is. No night club vibes here. If u stress to a quiet safe place to be without drama. Call me.

with work and study hours.
As long as you clean up after yourself and pay your rent I'm happy.
