The room has a queen bed, bedside table, lamp, a large wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and the windows have blinds and blackout curtains. House is fully furnished with furniture and appliances for shared use. Ducted aircon in every room. Front veranda and great deck out the back for sitting outdoors.
One dog resides on the property and pays her rent through cuddles but unfortunately no other pets can be included.
Bills included - Note: rent increasing to $300/week total in June 2026. House maintenance such as cleaning and mowing will be shared equally using a cleaning app to log effort and tasks completed. There is a robot vacuum for sweeping and mopping floors.

The other housemate is from Spain and is here to learn English and get permanent residency. She works multiple jobs and her time at home is resting. We both want to only speak English in the house to help her with her language skills.
Living with me also give you the benefits of living with a pet dog but with none of the responsibilities of owning one.
There will be a work desk set up inside and you are welcome to use the space for WFH on the days I am in the office.
Ideally looking for female or nonbinary housemate of similar age and life experience to live with. Neurodivergent and queer friendly space. Must be confident with dogs or lived experience with medium/large sized dogs preferred.
