Hey there! I’m Juliet, and I’m looking for a new housemate to move into my happy home. It’s a townhouse that’s perfect for two, and the esplanade is an 8 min walk away!

- Generously sized bedrooms (both 3m x 4m) separated by bathroom, with bath and seperate shower
- Your room is fully furnished but this is flexible
-2 x toilets (one downstairs)
- Spacious open kitchen/ living with new couches and furnishings
- Excellent LG aircon/ heating
- Awesome location. A quick 5 min bike ride or 8 min walk to esplanade and Snapper point 🌊 or other way to the spectacular Port Willunga
-5 mins to shops- Drakes, etc (Aldinga Central)
- No smokers, and no pets (sadly) a small dog might be considered if it’s not yappy.

Bills and expenses

$250 rent plus $20 bills to help cover Electricity, gas, water, wifi, TP. Current wifi plan with FLIP is $60 per month, open to other deals. I’ve found it’s worked well with previous housemates to take turns buying dishwasher liquid & green bags.

I’m a Summer loving, (mostly) vegetarian kindergarten teacher, who loves food, music, travelling, swimming and hiking. I work at the local farmers market on Saturday and I’m usually out Sunday, but enjoy my downtime at home on weeknights.

I’d prefer a female or LGBTQI individual to move in who values positivity, communication, peace ✌🏽 & recycling! And I’m hoping you will be on board with a low tox home. For me that means no toxic cleaning chemicals and sprays, but fine to use sprays (like hairspray) in the courtyard if you need. I love living in my clean, eco friendly uncluttered space.
