My name is Mo, and my wife name is Alaa. I am a senior architect from Egypt. I currently work as full time Senior architectural Designer. while my wife who is also an Architect, works as an architectural and interior designer part time.

Together, we have extensive experience in large-scale projects across Asia, Middle East, and Australia, including residential towers and luxury villas and high end retail and hospitality projects in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia, Portogal, Bora Bora, China, and Dubai.

My wife is doing her Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture and high performance buildings at the University of Sydney.

We live in Potts Point, for a year. However, since it’s quite far from my current company location in sylvania and we’ve decided to move to a property closer to my office.

We are known for our tidy presence and neat treatment of our living space across all the different locations we have lived in, and we still have great relationship with landlords and agents from all the cities we were residents of.

In addition to our professional commitments, we are very active on Youtube, we often post advise regarding travel and study abroad, while on the side, we run tiny online businesses that we passionate about; a startup interior design studio and handmade crochet atelier .

We both are committed individuals who prioritise timely rent payments, and we are willing to pay the first month’s rent in advance.

Besides our income, we have solid bank statements that demonstrate our ability to cover rent and maintain the property throughout our stay.
Our professional background also allows us to contribute to overall look and interior decor of our living space, should the opportunity arise.

We value respect and harmony with our neighbours, and we are social individuals who enjoy different cultures appreciate social differences. We have travelled through different countries in asia, Europe, and The Middle East, and We look forward to becoming a part of this area’s community.

we are artistic architectural and interior designer, we both have worked on high-end hospitatlity and resort projects aroudn the world for global brands like Intercontinental and Regent. this helps us maintain a great treatment of the place we live in. we are also nature and travel lovers, we value connection with nature . we are have lived in many different places around the world and learnt from different cultures. we enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and with new interests.

we are good cooks haha we enjoy cooking international foods, and exploring different cuisines . we do have some furniture but we are happy to give them up if the space doesn't allow
