Hello! I'm a 35 year old Brit about to take a sabbatical from my professional life to make the most of my second-year working holiday visa before I get too old to use it! I plan to spend a few months in Sydney before I head to the mountains for the winter season.
I've been based in Indonesia for the last 5 years working for a Swiss legal rights NGO. Before that I spent a short time in Cambodia working with the team there, and for pretty much all of my 20's I was living in France/Switzerland. After almost 10 years of working with the same NGO, I've decided it's time for a change, so I'm taking some time off while I decide what's next!
I'm a really sociable person, love to be out with friends, but also enjoy some privacy and downtime at home. On the weekends I'll either be out hiking, at pilates, yoga, or doing something active.

I'd love to share a space with housemates who would be up for cooking together sometimes, popping a bottle of bubbles occasionally, or even up for joining me on weekend trips (another trip out to Hunter Valley is high up on my 'to-do in Sydney' list!). I don't have a preference about food sharing - as long as a chat is had about what's ok to use and what isn't, then it's an easy one to agree on :-) I have no special dietary needs, and I don't have any furniture of my own.
