I’m a 25-year-old Kiwi, currently in Perth after moving over for work (consulting) mid last year. I’m now being transferred to the Sydney office and am likely to arrive around mid to late February. I work 8-5 Monday to Friday and while I have the occasional work from home day, my preference is to go into the office which is based in the CBD

It will just be me to start with, and my partner is planning to move to Sydney around May, so I’m ideally hoping to find a place that’s open to that conversation down the track. His name is Ethan, he is 27 and currently snowboarding in Canada but is a qualified osteopath.

Outside of work, A bit about me. I work full-time in a corporate role and will mostly be office-based. I do the occasional work-from-home day, but I love a yap too much to do that on the regular. Outside of work, I love getting out and about. I’m a big traveller and recently spent nine months in Canada, including a massive road trip through the US. I love snowboarding, although I can’t imagine I’ll be doing too much of that in Sydney! I also love beach days, hikes, and Pilates. I’m also a big foodie who loves cooking and baking (mainly so I get the eat the yummy food), and I’m an absolute sucker for a good cheese board, as proven by my photo!

I’m not a big party animal but I do love a cheeky cocktail every now and then!

I’ve lived in share houses for around six years, so I’m well house-trained and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy being social and spending time together at home, but I also value my own space and having time to recharge my social battery. I’m easygoing, clean, and considerate (or at least I’d like to think so!!) I’m ideally looking for a chilled, tidy home with like-minded people who enjoy a chat and hanging out, but also have their own lives.

Ideally someone who’s clean and tidy, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. Someone easy-going, warm and friendly, and a good communicator who’s happy to chat but also comfortable giving space when needed. Ideally we’d share a few interests and enjoy a relaxed, easy home vibe.

I enjoy cooking and usually do my own meals, but it’s always nice to do shared dinners when it works. I tend to buy my own ingredients, though very relaxed about sharing. Neither of us are vegan or vegetarian.

No living room furniture! Happy to discuss purchasing if required.
