Personal introduction
A little bit about us: I am 27, my partner 25, both from the UK, currently travelling (been on the go since August and between us we have explored many places in Europe, a couple of places in Africa, Singapore, Japan, QLD and NSW) We have been in Sydney for over a month now and looking for a more long term place whilst we get some work to fund further travel around south east Asia (aiming to head there by May but plans could change depending on job opportunities here) my parter is a carpenter and has a few links ready to line up work for him once he has completed his white card. I am a primary school teacher of 6 years but looking to get some hospitality work as this is more fitting for short term unlike school commitments (unless I find something that suits).
We like to be busy and lead an active lifestyle, we enjoy a game of tennis, a bike ride and we’ve just started to learn how to surf! We are quite adventurous and love exploring new places, going on long walks and finding good food spots! We also really appreciate our downtime, slow coffee mornings, a chilled beach day or finding a good spot to watch the sunset.

We love a movie night on the sofa with a cheeky glass of wine/cider and some chocolate or something we’ve baked - we’re no professionals but there’s always plenty to share! Always happy to share meals, we enjoy cooking and always make far too much!
We love healthy meals and enjoy cooking Mexican dishes, incorporating veggies as much as possible, lots of protein (he’s a big chicken eater) but we love throwing a steak on the bbq! We often cave and grab a take away at the weekend, authentic Italian pizzas are a weakness of ours!
We don’t have any furniture just our personal belongings for now.
