Hi, we’re Guada (28) and Brian (31), an Argentine couple, hardworking and very easy-going.
We’ve just finished 6 months working on a farm in the Northern Territory, and we’re now looking to settle in Sydney long term. We’re currently looking for a room and already have several full-time job interviews lined up. Nothing is confirmed yet, but we’re confident something will come up soon. We really enjoy working and keeping busy, so during the week we’re usually out most of the day and don’t spend a lot of time at home.
We’re a calm, responsible and respectful couple. We take good care of shared spaces and like to keep the house clean, tidy and with a good vibe. During the week we prefer a relaxed home environment, and on weekends we enjoy doing some sport, going out for a drink occasionally or having quiet plans.
We’ve been travelling the world for the past 5 years and have lived in several shared houses, so we know how to live with others and value good communication and mutual respect. We’re financially organised and always pay rent on time.
Preferred areas: Surry Hills, Waterloo, Bondi and surrounding areas, or nearby suburbs.
We’re looking for a place well connected to the CBD and with easy access to the beach by public transport.
At the moment, we need parking for our car, however we’re also considering selling it, so we’re flexible on this point.
We’re looking for a place for a medium to long-term stay, where everyone can have their own space but also enjoy a friendly and respectful home environment.

We usually cook our own meals, as we believe home-cooked food is the best and prefer to manage our groceries independently. We don’t have any dietary restrictions and eat pretty much everything.
We’re very organised and respectful with food, always mindful of what belongs to others and keeping things tidy. At the same time, we’re relaxed and enjoy ordering food occasionally, going out to eat, or sharing a dinner, a BBQ, or even a beach barbecue when the opportunity comes up.
We’re happy to share the fridge and common areas, and we always keep everything clean and tidy.

We’re looking for a fully furnished place and don’t have furniture or appliances to bring. We would only bring our own bedding and personal items, and we’re flexible if something small needs to be purchased.
