Hello! I'm Isabel (27, she/her), an incoming postgraduate student at UNSW (Kensington). I’m looking for a clean, safe, and quiet place to stay until 2027.
A little about me:
- Filipino, female, non-smoker, nurse by profession
- Responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces (I de-stress by cleaning!)
- Comfortable with shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, garden)
- Morning person
- Yoga at least once a week. Hoping to add something new for physical fitness
- Prefer at least a 1-month stay to start, with the option to extend for the year if everyone is okay with it
- Prefer home within 30-min commute to UNSW
I would like more information on:
- Total weekly cost + utilities (if included or separately metered)
- Heater availability (I have never experienced winter and I'm not sure how well I'd adjust to low temperatures)
- Photos and videos of the room and common areas
- Location (nearest bus/LR stop)
- Contract/minimum stay details

Food sharing and furniture
I don't cook much, so perhaps food arrangements can depend on whatever we decide that day/meal. I eat anything (though less red meat and less seafood). No allergies to food.
