I work full-time in hospitality and have never been late with rent or bills. I’m tidy, clean, and easy-going not OCD, I just genuinely appreciate a clean and respectful shared space, especially in common areas.
I’m social and always happy for a chat or to help out, but I also value personal space and quiet time. I live a healthy lifestyle, eat well, go to the gym around five times a week, and enjoy being active.
I’m looking for a room in a share house or apartment, ideally from NOW-is mid February .Happy to provide references and keen to inspect if the place is available 🙂
